SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
1.  National and International Scholarships - listen to daily announcements and watch bulletin boards for posted information.  

2.  Provincial Scholarships - The majority of Saskatchewan scholarships are listed on www.sasknetwork.ca. Once on the site check out scholarships.  They will have the most recent copy of the Saskatchewan Scholarships, Bursaries, Awards, and Loans available.

3.  Local Scholarships - Information will be made available to you in April or May.

4.  Additional Scholarships
a) Most universities, colleges, and institutes provide entrance scholarships or bursaries to high school graduates entering their programs.  Check with your selected institution's registrar or awards office for specific details.
b) Numerous companies and organizations sponsor awards for employees or members' children or grandchildren.  Check with your parents or guardians to see if their employer sponsors an award. 

5.  Internet Scholarship Information - you can look for scholarship information available on line at:

  • www.studentawards.com This is an excellent web site that matches your personal information and interests to scholarships available Canada wide.
  • www.parentsguide.com Parents can search for scholarships for their student at this site.  This scholarship finder will generate a list of scholarships your student is eligible for across Canada.
  • www.sasknetwork.gov.sk.ca and www.ScholarshipsCanada.com  These sites are helpful in finding both Saskatchewan and Canadian Scholarships, bursaries, and awards.
  • Association of Universities and colleges www.aucc.ca   This website provides students with a comprehensive listing of scholarships for undergraduates, and scholarships offered by organizations for employees' children.
  • Canadian Scholarship Search www.graduateresumes.com   Search for a scholarship by a specific school or program in Saskatchewan or the rest of Canada.
  • WorkinfoNet www.workinfonet.ca   WorkinfoNet contains a listing of scholarships, awards, loans, and other financial assistance available to students across Canada.
  • Student Business loans Program
    www.cbsc.orgProvides interest free loans to a maximum of $3,000 to cover the start-up and operating costs of viable student ventures.
  • School Finder www.schoolfinder.com/   There are free scholarships under Schoolfinder.com.  It will generate a list of scholarships that a student is eligible for.  It searches a database of thousands of scholarships available to students entering their first year of post-secondary studies.
